Community videos give you the opportunity to show unique characteristics like lifestyle, activities, dining, events, and much more in a given community. Our goal is to create a timeless videos you can show perspective clients when they ask about that community. Instead of showing a community multiple times to multiple different clients, create a video giving an exclusive tour. Deliverables One 7-10 Minute Video sent via Google drive. Whats included? -2 rounds of revisions - Lifetime Music and SFX licensing - Unlimited rights to all clips used in your video Whats does the process look like? -BOOKING -The first step is locking in your shoot date and time, once you book your service and pay the initial deposit consultation deposit of $100. Within 24 hours of booking you will hear from your cinematographer. - INITIAL CONSULT -We'll talk about your goals and visions for the video, including what platforms you plan on publishing to, what community you would like to showcase and what specific chaererteristics you'd would like to showcase. -CALL DAY- Call day is simple. 24-48 hours before your scheduled shoot date, your cinematographer sends you your call sheet, and shot list. On call day you'll look over the provide pre-production materials and give any feedback you may have.  -SHOOT DAY - For a community video we recommend splitting the shoot days into two 5 hour sessions, remember you'll be covering multiple sub divisions and amenities.
