Narrated cinematic walk through videos give you, the realtor a chance to showcase the unique features of your listing in a way thats not only personable but also highly professional and engaging. Not sure what to say? We'll script the entire shoot, and have a game plan ready for you.  Deliverables One 5-8 Minute Video sent via Google drive. Whats included? -2 rounds of revisions - Lifetime Music and SFX licensing - Unlimited rights to all clips used in your video Whats does the process look like? -BOOKING- The first step is locking in your shoot date and time, once you book your service and pay the initial deposit consultation deposit of $100. Within 24 hours of booking you will hear from your cinematographer. - INITIAL CONSULT We'll talk about your goals and visions for the video, including what platforms you plan on publishing to, property location and unique characteristics of the home.  - INiTITIAL WALK THROUGH Your cinematographer will meet with you at the property before the shoot date. It's important to feel comfortable when on camera, during this process you'll get acquainted with your cinematographer and share your vision for shoot day. During the walk through we'll take note of any unique characteristics you plan to highlight in the video, along with key points you wish to verbally make. Once this step is complete your cinematographer will start scripting for shoot day. -CALL DAY Call day is simple. 24-48 hours before your scheduled shoot date, your cinematographer sends you your call sheet, and shot list. On call day you'll look over the provide pre-production materials and give any feedback you may have.  -SHOOT DAY  Allow thirty minutes for your cinematographer to get his/her gear in order. It can be hard to judge how long a narrative video will take, is important you have time to get through your script and feel comfortable with whats been recorded. We recommend having your schedule clear that day for best results.
